Jayes Caitlin is an abstract artist, designer, and PrINTMAKER
With a graphic arts practice somewhere between art and design, her bright work serves those with an affinity for non objective saturated colors and forms, improvisational compositions, and graphic tactile textures.
She’s creating an abstract visual language across archival editions, paintings, installations, and design commissions, in an overall body of work that helps defines a graphic artists and abstraction’s role in an evolving contemporary visual culture.
Jayes has lived and exhibited in Portland, Chicago, and Los Angeles. She also works as a curator, educator, and is a West Coast distributor for RISO.
